DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT-

TESTING-

IAR products undergo the most stringent quality tests at our world-class facilities MIDC, Bhosari, Pune, which feature the latest in motion control technology. Some of our testing equipment for ball screws is as under:

• Laser Interferometer: RENISHAW make Pitch error measuring device, 0.003mm resolution, 3.6m job capacity.
• Torque Indicator: Torque measuring device made by KALPAK Instrument
• Profile Microscope: PZO- WARSZAWA, Poland make to check the profiles
• Backlash Testing Machine (Developed at IAR) used to check out the backlash in Ballscrew assembly up to 2m with least count of 0.001mm.

REPAIR-

Our team of engineers and maintenance technicians also possess the skill and competence to overhaul and repair your ball screws as per the specifications. We provide a thorough inspection and evaluation of each and every ball screw assembly. We also offer solution and upgrades on ball screw material and seals.
