Institute of Applied Research ( herein after referred to as the "Company" ) hereby adopts the following Code of Conduct. The document represents the guidelines by which the Company conducts its businesses.

National Interest:

The Company is committed to benefit the economic development of the countries in which it operates. It shall not undertake any project or activity to the detriment of the wider interests of the communities in which it operates.

It shall prevent the wasteful use of natural resources and be committed to improving the environment. The Company, in the process of production and sale of its products and services, shall strive for economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Quality of products and Services:

The Company shall be committed to supply goods and services of world class quality standards, backed by after-sales services consistent with the requirements of its customers. The quality standards of the Company’s goods and services shall meet applicable national and international standards.

Ethical Conduct:

All Employees shall act in accordance with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, fairness and ethical conduct while working for the Company as well when representing the Company.Honest conduct means conduct that is free from fraud or deception. Integrity & ethical conduct includesethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships.

Accuracy of records:

The books, records, files and statements of the Company will faithfully reflect the entirety of the Company's assets and liabilities, as well as all of its operations, transactions and any other items related to its business, without omission or concealment of any kind, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations..

Customer Relationships:

The Company's prosperity is founded on customer satisfaction. The Company shall preserve the quality of its customer relations by maintaining business relationships that are based on integrity, fairness and mutual respect. It shall not tolerate the making of promises to customers which will probably be impossible to keep, regarding product quality and characteristics, delivery times and prices.

Confidential information:

Data, information and documents pertaining to the Company will be used strictly for the performance of its respective duties and may be disclosed or communicated to persons outside the Company only to the extent that the information in question is needed by such persons in connection with their business relations with the Company, or where the information is already in the public domain or is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
